Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Awareness

Emotional intelligence is defined as “a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.” Assessing and being aware of areas that need improvement is a powerful tool in leadership development.  Unlike personality or intelligence, emotional intelligence can be developed and refined. I am certified in the EQi 2.0, the only statistically validated assessment on Emotional Intelligence.

I also work with you to process through the EQi 2.0 and the EQi 360.  This is a comprehensive look at your Emotional Intelligence compared to the assessment of your superiors, subordinates, peers, and colleagues.

Values Assessment

I help you prioritize your values, understand how they influence your decisions, and identify areas of your life out of alignment with your values. I work with you to make an action plan to align your values with your relationships, thoughts, and actions.


What's your Why?

Being able to define your core values is essential to pursuing and achieving your goals.  Waking up each morning and understanding your "why" provides fuels to every thought and action.  Aligning this process with who you are and where you are going does not happen by chance. Taking deliberate steps is the only way. I work with you on this process.


Transitions

I work with you to manage all types of transitions, whether personal or professional in a controlled and deliberate manner. We will be intentional with every aspect of the process.  The majority of the work is done within the mind seeking to understand the thoughts and emotions that invariably accompany all forms of change in life. 


I help you choose who and how you want to "show up" on social media and finding balance with all the digital devices that can consume our everyday life.  It is increasingly complicated to manage the distractions that come with the massive amounts of information overload which we all experience.  Although difficult in today's digital world, striking a balance between the demands of technology while staying authentic, intentional, and true to yourself is possible!
